are your shipping charges?
We do not offer flat fee
shipping. Shipments are calculated
by computer based on weight, dimensions and delivery location.
Our entire product line is prepackaged and therefore, our website
shipping estimates are actual rates. The
website can’t calculate volume discounts, so shipping may be less on larger
orders. If the charges are less than
estimated due to volume we will adjust your order total accordingly.

rates. Orders over 200 dimensional
lbs may be eligible for volume shipping discounts and it would be best to get a

need my order ASAP, do you offer express shipping?
We offer express shipping
by UPS as well as Saturday delivery on product in stock.
Keep in mind that express shipping or Saturday delivery incur extra
charges based on UPS rates and is not refundable.
Many customers do not realize how expense these express shipping charges
can be, so make sure to order in advance to avoid these expense whenever
possible.

do I get a catalog?
We are constantly adding
new product to our line and it would be impossible to keep a printed catalog up
to date. We would be more than happy
to print out a grayscale copy of our products for those who do not have reliable
internet access or e-mail it to you.

Being a wholesale company,
we maintain low prices on all our product. Discounts
are only available on quantities of 500 or more of the same item.

are looking for, we can custom order what you need.
We can have any of our products altered to meet your needs or you can
E-mail your request with product photos and dimensions to us and we will get a
custom quote for you. Minimum
